Ergonomic design for an effective massage
The Tunturi Vibrating Massage Roller consists of 3 moving sections with an ergonomic design. Each part has a round shape and there are small 'notches' in between them. This ensures that the maximum massage force is on the outside of the roller, allowing you to safely center your spine or shoulder blade without putting unnecessary strain on them. The muscle or body part you are massaging fits 'inside' the roller, ensuring that the entire surface is fully massaged.

How to use the Vibrating Massage Roller
1. Choose the muscle you want to massage.
2. Turn on the roller, place it on the floor and slowly lie down on it. The muscle you are going to massage is exactly in the centre of the roller.
3. Try to relax and keep breathing. You may feel an uncomfortable pressure, but you should not experience a sharp pain. Hold this for 20-30 seconds.
4. Holding is already very effective, but you can also roll back and forth to massage a larger area around the muscle.
5. Keep moving back and forth slowly, and stop at areas that need extra attention if necessary.
3 speeds, 1 automatic program and a handy LED indicator
The vibration roller has 3 vibration speeds and 1 automatic program that alternates the different speeds. The on/off button is under the device, as well as the LED indicator. This allows you to easily control the massager:
Press 1x - the device turns on - light 1 lights up - low vibration speed
Press 2x - light 2 lights up - medium speed
Press 3x - light 3 lights up - high speed
