Training at your own level
The F20 has 5 different programs: train by time, by distance, by calories, a BMI and fat percentage measurement and a manual mode. No overwhelming choice, just a clear menu from which you quickly choose a program and start working out. The LCD screen keeps track of your progress, so you can adjust the program based on your results if necessary. With eight resistance levels that you operate manually, you can quickly switch between different resistance levels so that you always train at the level that suits you best there and then.
