Thanks to this constant effort, you minimise the risk of injury and muscle soreness. With the Platinum CT20 Crosstrainer, you can train with power from 35 up to 400 W. The effort varies per person and depends on age, weight and fitness level, among other things. With the tablet in the holder, you can still see the four most important parameters on the monitor, on either side of the tablet.

If you pair the iConsole+ app with the monitor, AI will create a personalised programme for you based on your achieved training results.
