Less stressful on knees and joints
The C65 is a front-driven cross trainer, where the flywheel with the drive unit is on the front of the trainer. With a front-driven trainer, you make a flatter circular motion, which can be compared to cross-country skiing. Because the flywheel housing is not in the way, you always make a straight motion when training. This is in contrast to a rear-driven trainer, where you make a more elliptical motion. A front-driven trainer, like the C65, is less stressful on your knees and joints, and therefore ideal for rehabilitation or injuries.
