The Bulgarian bag was originally designed to help improve the movements of professional wrestlers. Regular Bulgarian bags are filled with sand, but this Bulgarian aquabag goes a step further by filling it with water and air. The water causes instability during workouts, so no repetition is the same. In addition, you need to use all muscles to correct your posture. In addition to the large muscle groups, you will mainly strengthen your core muscles and improve your stability.

Simple and sturdy
The Bulgarian aquabag has two handles at the top and two loops at the front for performing various exercises. The aquabag is made of sturdy and durable material and when you empty it, you can easily bring it anywhere as it is light, flat and compact. With the included air pump, the water in the aquabag can easily be replenished with air to ensure firmness of the bag. Please note that the Bulgarian aquabag is not suitable for boxing or throwing exercises.
